MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Durable and quality materials, and manufacturing process help a high security and long life even under the hardest operating conditions. Rotors are made of cast iron and their dynamic balances are set by high-precision electronic balance machines before the setup. Gears are made of a specific steel and went through heating process. Helical gears provide a smooth and quiet operation as well as maximum load capacity. Gear profiles are grinded to prevent from any possible geometrical error. All gears and bearings are lubricated by splash-type lubrication. Each piece is manufactured in N/C numerical controlled modern equipment pools and subjected to precise checks. Manufactured Blowers are tested for operation one last time after setup.
